Jean Paul Rivas, Owner and CEO

Jean Paul Rivas is the founder, owner, and CEO of our company, bringing a wealth of experience and expertise in the field of international trade. Born and raised in Venezuela, Jean Paul has been actively involved in the import/export industry for over two decades.

After completing his studies in Business Administration at the Universidad Central de Venezuela, Jean Paul began his career in logistics and supply chain management. He quickly rose through the ranks, working for some of the largest companies in the industry before deciding to start his own venture.

Since founding Jean Paul Rivas Consulting, he has been focused on building a world-class organization that provides high-quality products and services to customers across South America. Under his leadership, we have expanded our reach and established key partnerships throughout the region, becoming a trusted name in the import/export and international trade community.

In addition to his work in business, Jean Paul is also committed to giving back to his community. He has served on the board of directors for several non-profit organizations, and is a strong advocate for education and social justice.

As CEO, Jean Paul continues to drive our company’s growth and success through his innovative ideas, strategic vision, and unwavering commitment to excellence. We are proud to have him as our leader, and look forward to a bright future under his guidance.

Juan Sepulveda, COO

Juan Sepulveda is a seasoned business professional with over 20 years of experience in logistics, operations management, and supply chain optimization. A native of Madrid, Spain, Juan has been an integral part of our organization since joining us in 2020.

In his role as COO, Juan is responsible for overseeing all aspects of our day-to-day operations, including logistics, supply chain management, and customer service. With a keen eye for detail and a deep understanding of global commerce, he has helped us streamline our operations and improve efficiency across the board.

Prior to joining our company, Juan held several senior-level positions in logistics and operations management, working for some of the world’s largest companies in the transportation and logistics industries. He holds a degree in Business Administration from the Universidad Complutense de Madrid, and has completed advanced courses in logistics and supply chain management.

As COO, Juan is committed to driving our company’s growth and success through innovation, collaboration, and a strong focus on customer satisfaction. He is a natural leader and an effective communicator, and is dedicated to ensuring that our operations run smoothly and that our customers receive the highest level of service and support possible. Maria Garcia, CFO

With over 15 years of experience in finance and accounting, Maria brings a wealth of expertise and knowledge to our company. She is a dynamic leader who is dedicated to driving financial performance and supporting our growth and expansion efforts.

Born and raised in Barcelona, Maria earned her degree in Finance and Accounting from the Universitat Pompeu Fabra in Barcelona. She began her career at a multinational corporation, where she worked her way up the ranks to become a key member of the finance team.

With a passion for international business and a desire to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, Maria joined our import/export and international trade company in Barcelona. Since then, she has played a critical role in shaping our financial strategy and helping us achieve our goals.

As CFO, Maria oversees all financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting. She works closely with our executive team to develop and execute our growth strategy, and is committed to ensuring that we maintain a strong financial foundation that supports our continued success.

In addition to her professional experience, Maria is an active member of several professional organizations and has completed advanced courses in finance and accounting. She is passionate about giving back to her community and volunteers her time with several local non-profit organizations.

Carlos Herrera, Market Research and Analysis

Originally from Mexico, Carlos has lived and worked in several countries throughout Latin America and Europe.

With a keen eye for detail and a deep understanding of market trends and consumer behavior, Carlos has been instrumental in helping our company identify new business opportunities and establish strong partnerships in the South American market.

Carlos is a graduate of the Universidad Nacional Autónoma de México, where he earned a degree in Business Administration. He later went on to complete advanced courses in market research, statistics, and data analysis.

As our Market Research and Analysis Specialist, Carlos is committed to delivering high-quality insights and analysis to support our company’s growth and success. He works closely with our executive team and other stakeholders to identify emerging trends and develop effective strategies to meet our customers’ evolving needs.

Andreas Osorio, Logistics and Transportation

Andreas Osorio is our Logistics and Transportation Coordinator, bringing over 15 years of experience in the industry to our team.

As our Logistics and Transportation Coordinator, Andreas is responsible for managing our company’s logistics and transportation operations, ensuring that our products are delivered safely and efficiently to customers across South America. He works closely with our suppliers, carriers, and customers to coordinate shipments and manage logistics, and is dedicated to providing the highest level of service and support to our clients.

With a strong background in logistics and transportation, Andreas has played a key role in expanding our company’s reach and establishing a strong presence in the South American market. His deep knowledge of import/export regulations and customs procedures has allowed us to navigate the complex global marketplace with ease, and his commitment to quality and reliability has earned the trust and loyalty of our clients.

In addition to his professional experience, Andreas holds a degree in Logistics and Transportation, and has completed advanced courses in international trade and supply chain management. He is also fluent in Spanish and English, and has a deep understanding of the cultural nuances and business practices of the region.

Luz Martinez, Custom Clearance

As a Custom Clearance Specialist, Luz is responsible for ensuring compliance with customs regulations and managing the customs clearance process for imported and exported goods. She is a true expert in her field, with a deep understanding of the complex rules and regulations governing international trade.

Prior to joining our company, Luz worked for several leading logistics and transportation companies in Colombia, where she honed her skills in customs clearance and regulatory compliance. She holds a degree in International Trade from the Universidad de los Andes in Bogota, Colombia, and has completed advanced courses in customs clearance and international trade regulations.

Luz is a dedicated and detail-oriented professional who is committed to delivering the highest level of service to our clients. She takes pride in her work and is passionate about ensuring that our shipments are processed efficiently and in compliance with all relevant regulations.

David Wilson, Regulatory Compliance

David is a highly experienced professional with over 20 years of experience in regulatory compliance in the international trade industry. A native of London, UK, David has been an integral part of our organization since joining us in 2018.

In his role as Regulatory Compliance Specialist, David is responsible for ensuring that our company is fully compliant with all relevant import/export regulations, including export controls, sanctions, and customs regulations. With his deep understanding of international trade laws and regulations, David helps us navigate complex regulatory environments and avoid costly penalties and fines.

Prior to joining our company, David held several senior-level positions in regulatory compliance, working for some of the world’s largest companies in the international trade industry. He holds a degree in Law from the University of Cambridge, and has completed advanced courses in international trade law and regulations.

As Regulatory Compliance Specialist, David is committed to maintaining the highest standards of compliance and ethics in all of our business activities. He is a trusted advisor to our executive team, providing guidance and support on complex regulatory issues, and ensuring that our company remains fully compliant with all applicable laws and regulations. Sana Kadiri, Administrative Assistant

A native of Barcelona, Spain, she has been an integral part of our team since joining us in 2021.

In her role as Administrative Assistant, Sana is responsible for managing paperwork, scheduling appointments, and providing general administrative support to the team. She is a quick learner and is always looking for ways to improve processes and streamline operations.

Sana is a graduate of the Universitat Pompeu Fabra, where she earned a degree in Business Administration. She is fluent in Spanish and English, and has excellent communication and organizational skills.
